Common Faults and Solutions of Boring-Welding Integrated Machine

1. Decreased Machining Accuracy
Causes: Mostly due to guideway wear, tool wear, or spindle runout.
Solutions: Adjust guideway accuracy, replace worn tools, and calibrate/repair the spindle.
2. Welding Quality Defects
For cracks: Clean the defective area, preheat it, then re-weld.
For lack of fusion: Adjust welding parameters (reduce welding speed, modify current and voltage).
For pores: Replace with qualified welding materials and check the purity of the shielding gas.
3. Spindle Faults
Insufficient power: Inspect the motor, drive belt, and power supply.
Abnormal speed: Check the parameters of the control system, and repair/replace the spindle driver.
4. Wire Feeding System Faults
Unsmooth wire feeding / abnormal speed: Replace the worn wire feeding wheel, or overhaul the wire feeding motor (check the power supply and windings).
5. Hydraulic System Faults
Unstable pressure: Clean the system, replace the hydraulic oil, and replace leaking seals/repair the pipelines.
6. Control Panel Malfunction
Power off and inspect the main control board (repair/replace burned components); touchscreen faults require professional repair/replacement.
7. Abnormal Noise/Vibration
For noise: Add lubricating oil and replace worn gears/bearings.
For vibration: Re-clamp the workpiece, level the machine base, and perform dynamic dynamic balancing of the tool.
